Sadly, none of the 8 pubs listed are currently open at the time of writing - 4 are long-term closed, 2 have been converted to other uses, and 2 have been demolished:

1. Mitre - has been closed since 2008;
2. Queen Victoria - closed in 2009 and converted into a shop in 2011;
3. Army House - was demolished in around 1996, presently used as a car sales lot;
4. Village Blacksmith - has remained closed since the late 1990s, planning permission for conversion to residential refused in 2013;
5. Anglesea Arms - closed in 2025, planning permission for demolition and replacement with a mixed residential & commercial/community use development refused in 2025 & 2026;
6. Princess of Wales - was latterly known as Ram Bar which closed in 2004, was demolished in 2009 and subsequently replaced by a residential development;
7. Walpole Arms - closed in around 2005 and converted to retail by 2009;
8. Melbourne Arms - has remained closed since 2022
